Perched 600 meters from the ocean, these two bioclimatic villas have been constructed with healthy building materials and are run on renewable energies, all part of a global shift in attitude about how to go on holiday. This shift has directly inspired both villas’ designs: harmonious integration of the houses into their surroundings, wooden walls, external wood wool insulation, green roofs, energy-saving water and heating systems, and green spaces. These unique holiday homes are meant to stimulate us to think anew about our lifestyle and the way we live in our homes.

Two villas, Two concepts

The “Two-Family Villa” is a spacious house featuring two separate suites connected via a common-area sauna. The villa lets you comfortably spend your holiday as an extended family (grandparents, children, grandchildren) or among friends.

The more private Villa Tonic boasts a separate fitness room and swimming pool (4m x 17m) and accommodates one to four persons. The swimming pool is kept at 28°C (82°F) both summer and winter, a perfect way to recharge your batteries.

The villages of Trébeurden, Trégastel and Pleumeur-Bodou are within 3 km of the villas and offer a wide variety of outdoor activities. Beaches, water sports, snorkeling, walks (Grand Randonée Path 34), golf and interesting attractions (Cosmopolis, Gaulois Village Mini-Theme Park, the Seven Islands Archipelago….)  And only 10 km away are the rich historical towns of Perros-Guirec and Lannion, showcasing the best of the Trégor area.
